Recommended by a family member and friend. I do all my work, period, as I work as a mechanic in a different industry and don't like others working on my vehicles. That being said, sometimes you just can't do it all, like welding and specific exhuast work. Brought my car in, showed them what I wanted, they worked with me and gave me a few suggestions, gave me a timeframe and got right to it. Came back later to a lower then expected price and excellent service. Explained and showed me what was done, and I couldn't be happier. These guys earned my trust in one visit. I've used Hank's auto for about 6 years now. I have never EVER had an unfriendly experience there ... EVER. They and the owner are the absolute nicest people to deal with. Most importantly, they are the most honest business I've dealt with. Very upfront with labor and costs. They take me out to their shop to show me exactly what is wrong and what they need to do to fix it. Very knowledgeable and very very fair. And regarding cost, they are the least expensive shop in Holland. I've priced work out in the past and they are consistently MUCH less expensive than the alternatives. Excellent shop and very VERY highly recommended.
